Bottle Therapy Limitations

Although Bottle Therapy Techniques and Treatment Protocols can be extremely

effective in treating pain, injuries and various conditions head to toe,

there are limitations when it comes to self-therapy.

Bottle Therapy offers recommendations to assist with these limitations:

1. Areas that ARE NOT REACHABLE by self-therapy using a bottle are the

middle to upper back (or anywhere a person finds they have limited flexibility to reach).

These areas will require another trained bottler or someone trained to

BREAK DOWN SCAR TISSUE USING AN ELBOW.

Also, instructions are provided on how to best roll and stretch the back area.

2. Injuries that are deep and chronic may not respond to Bottle Therapy Treatments. If scar tissue has been identified as the root of this pain/injury, the science of breaking it down still remains the same. However, the pressure required to break down scar tissue will need to be greater than what bottling can provide. This is where using an elbow provides much more pressure either by oneself on areas that can be reached (forearms and thighs) or by a trained person. This should accelerate the healing process. The Bottle Therapy Formula is most successful when treatments are daily, therefore, the same applies to treatments using an elbow. Daily 5-10 minute treatments will be more effective than weekly treatments that are 30-60 minutes in length.

This is why Bottle Therapy offers training for family members or friends to ensure you

REMOVE THESE LIMITATIONS FROM YOUR HEALING JOURNEY!
